1. Made to Order Products

Many NOVRA products are made to order. This means production begins only after payment has been confirmed. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are limited.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The print is significantly misaligned or incorrect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging if applicable

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement will be issued after reviewing the evidence.

3. Non Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
